馬可福音, 1章

^1:1 神的兒子，耶穌基督福音的起頭。 The beginning of the gospel about Jesus Christ, the Son of God. (\f1 1:1 Some manuscripts do not have|i the Son of God|d.)
^1:2 正如先知以賽亞〔有古卷沒有以賽亞三個字〕書上記著說：看哪，我要差遣我的使者在你前面，預備道路。 It is written in Isaiah the prophet:<<I will send my messenger ahead of you, who will prepare your way>> \f2 1:2 Mal. 3:1)--
^1:3 在曠野有人聲喊著說：預備主的道，修直他的路。 <<a voice of one calling in the desert, <Prepare the way for the Lord, make straight paths for him.> >> \f3 1:3 Isaiah 40:3)
^1:4 照這話，約翰來了，在曠野施洗，傳悔改的洗禮，使罪得赦。 And so John came, baptizing in the desert region and preaching a baptism of repentance for the forgiveness of sins.
^1:5 猶太全地和耶路撒冷的人都出去到約翰那裏，承認他們的罪，在約旦河裏受他的洗。 The whole Judean countryside and all the people of Jerusalem went out to him. Confessing their sins, they were baptized by him in the Jordan River.
^1:6 約翰穿駱駝毛的衣服，腰束皮帶，吃的是蝗蟲、野蜜。 John wore clothing made of camel's hair, with a leather belt around his waist, and he ate locusts and wild honey.
^1:7 他傳道說：「有一位在我以後來的，能力比我更大，我就是彎腰給他解鞋帶也是不配的。 And this was his message: <<After me will come one more powerful than I, the thongs of whose sandals I am not worthy to stoop down and untie.
^1:8 我是用水給你們施洗，他卻要用聖靈給你們施洗。」 I baptize you with (\f4 1:8 Or|i in|d)water, but he will baptize you with the Holy Spirit.>>
^1:9 那時，耶穌從加利利的拿撒勒來，在約旦河裏受了約翰的洗。 At that time Jesus came from Nazareth in Galilee and was baptized by John in the Jordan.
^1:10 他從水裏一上來，就看見天裂開了，聖靈彷彿鴿子，降在他身上。 As Jesus was coming up out of the water, he saw heaven being torn open and the Spirit descending on him like a dove.
^1:11 又有聲音從天上來，說：「你是我的愛子，我喜悅你。」 And a voice came from heaven: <<You are my Son, whom I love; with you I am well pleased.>>
^1:12 聖靈就把耶穌催到曠野裏去。 At once the Spirit sent him out into the desert,
^1:13 他在曠野四十天，受撒但的試探，並與野獸同在一處，且有天使來伺候他。 and he was in the desert forty days, being tempted by Satan. He was with the wild animals, and angels attended him.
^1:14 約翰下監以後，耶穌來到加利利，宣傳　神的福音， After John was put in prison, Jesus went into Galilee, proclaiming the good news of God.
^1:15 說：「日期滿了，　神的國近了。你們當悔改，信福音！」 <<The time has come,>> he said. <<The kingdom of God is near. Repent and believe the good news!>>
^1:16 耶穌順著加利利的海邊走，看見西門和西門的兄弟安得烈在海邊撒網；他們本是打魚的。 As Jesus walked beside the Sea of Galilee, he saw Simon and his brother Andrew casting a net into the lake, for they were fishermen.
^1:17 耶穌對他們說：「來跟從我，我要叫你們得人如得魚一樣。」 <<Come, follow me,>> Jesus said, <<and I will make you fishers of men.>>
^1:18 他們就立刻捨了網，跟從了他。 At once they left their nets and followed him.
^1:19 耶穌稍往前走，又見西庇太的兒子雅各和雅各的兄弟約翰在船上補網。 When he had gone a little farther, he saw James son of Zebedee and his brother John in a boat, preparing their nets.
^1:20 耶穌隨即招呼他們，他們就把父親西庇太和雇工人留在船上，跟從耶穌去了。 Without delay he called them, and they left their father Zebedee in the boat with the hired men and followed him.
^1:21 到了迦百農，耶穌就在安息日進了會堂教訓人。 They went to Capernaum, and when the Sabbath came, Jesus went into the synagogue and began to teach.
^1:22 眾人很希奇他的教訓；因為他教訓他們，正像有權柄的人，不像文士。 The people were amazed at his teaching, because he taught them as one who had authority, not as the teachers of the law.
^1:23 在會堂裏，有一個人被污鬼附著。他喊叫說： Just then a man in their synagogue who was possessed by an evil (\f5 1:23 Greek|i unclean|d; also in verses 26 and 27)spirit cried out,
^1:24 「拿撒勒人耶穌，我們與你有甚麼相干？你來滅我們嗎？我知道你是誰，乃是　神的聖者。」 <<What do you want with us, Jesus of Nazareth? Have you come to destroy us? I know who you are--the Holy One of God!>>
^1:25 耶穌責備他說：「不要作聲！從這人身上出來吧。」 <<Be quiet!>> said Jesus sternly. <<Come out of him!>>
^1:26 污鬼叫那人抽了一陣瘋，大聲喊叫，就出來了。 The evil spirit shook the man violently and came out of him with a shriek.
^1:27 眾人都驚訝，以致彼此對問說：「這是甚麼事？是個新道理啊！他用權柄吩咐污鬼，連污鬼也聽從了他。」 The people were all so amazed that they asked each other, <<What is this? A new teaching--and with authority! He even gives orders to evil spirits and they obey him.>>
^1:28 耶穌的名聲就傳遍了加利利的四方。 News about him spread quickly over the whole region of Galilee.
^1:29 他們一出會堂，就同著雅各、約翰，進了西門和安得烈的家。 As soon as they left the synagogue, they went with James and John to the home of Simon and Andrew.
^1:30 西門的岳母正害熱病躺著，就有人告訴耶穌。 Simon's mother-in-law was in bed with a fever, and they told Jesus about her.
^1:31 耶穌進前拉著她的手，扶她起來，熱就退了，她就服事他們。 So he went to her, took her hand and helped her up. The fever left her and she began to wait on them.
^1:32 天晚日落的時候，有人帶著一切害病的，和被鬼附的，來到耶穌跟前。 That evening after sunset the people brought to Jesus all the sick and demon-possessed.
^1:33 合城的人都聚集在門前。 The whole town gathered at the door,
^1:34 耶穌治好了許多害各樣病的人，又趕出許多鬼，不許鬼說話，因為鬼認識他。 and Jesus healed many who had various diseases. He also drove out many demons, but he would not let the demons speak because they knew who he was.
^1:35 次日早晨，天未亮的時候，耶穌起來，到曠野地方去，在那裏禱告。 Very early in the morning, while it was still dark, Jesus got up, left the house and went off to a solitary place, where he prayed.
^1:36 西門和同伴追了他去， Simon and his companions went to look for him,
^1:37 遇見了就對他說：「眾人都找你。」 and when they found him, they exclaimed: <<Everyone is looking for you!>>
^1:38 耶穌對他們說：「我們可以往別處去，到鄰近的鄉村，我也好在那裏傳道，因為我是為這事出來的。」 Jesus replied, <<Let us go somewhere else--to the nearby villages--so I can preach there also. That is why I have come.>>
^1:39 於是在加利利全地，進了會堂，傳道，趕鬼。 So he traveled throughout Galilee, preaching in their synagogues and driving out demons.
^1:40 有一個長大痲瘋的來求耶穌，向他跪下，說：「你若肯，必能叫我潔淨了。」 A man with leprosy (\f6 1:40 The Greek word was used for various diseases affecting the skin--not necessarily leprosy.)came to him and begged him on his knees, <<If you are willing, you can make me clean.>>
^1:41 耶穌動了慈心，就伸手摸他，說：「我肯，你潔淨了吧！」 Filled with compassion, Jesus reached out his hand and touched the man. <<I am willing,>> he said. <<Be clean!>>
^1:42 大痲瘋即時離開他，他就潔淨了。 Immediately the leprosy left him and he was cured.
^1:43 耶穌嚴嚴的囑咐他，就打發他走， Jesus sent him away at once with a strong warning:
^1:44 對他說：「你要謹慎，甚麼話都不可告訴人，只要去把身體給祭司察看，又因為你潔淨了，獻上摩西所吩咐的禮物，對眾人作證據。」 <<See that you don't tell this to anyone. But go, show yourself to the priest and offer the sacrifices that Moses commanded for your cleansing, as a testimony to them.>>
^1:45 那人出去，倒說了許多的話，把這件事傳揚開了，叫耶穌以後不得再明明的進城，只好在外邊曠野地方。人從各處都就了他來。 Instead he went out and began to talk freely, spreading the news. As a result, Jesus could no longer enter a town openly but stayed outside in lonely places. Yet the people still came to him from everywhere.

荒漠甘泉五合一

■ 中文荒漠甘泉（08月11日）

八月十一日「雖然無花果樹不發旺，葡萄樹不結果，橄欖樹也不效力，田地不出糧食，圈中絕了羊，棚內也沒有牛。然而我要因耶和華歡欣，因救我的神喜樂。」哈巴谷書三章17—18節你看這裏所說的，是一個多麼不幸的境遇；這裏所給我們看見的，是一個多麼偉大的信心。他的意思說：「雖然我受到這樣大的災禍─—甚至連養生的食物，也不知道到甚麼地方去找；四圍所看見的，不過是一所空曠的房屋，一塊荒蕪的田地；在以前看見神賜恩的地方，現在只看見神鞭打的傷疤—─然而我要因耶和華歡欣。」我想這兩節聖經，真值得用金鋼鑽記錄在磐石上，永遠保存起來。哦！巴不得靠神的恩典，這幾節聖經能深深地銘刻在我們每一個人的心版上！句法雖然簡短，其中卻顯著地含蓄著不少屬靈的意義。他告訴我們：在他遭難的日子，他怎樣到神裏去躲避；在黑暗的命運下，他怎樣賴主保持靈的鎮靜；在一切的試煉中，他怎樣在神裏面享受屬靈的喜樂，從祂得到歡樂的期望。這就是偉大的信心！這就是光榮的信心！　　　　　　　　　　─陶杜力慈昨夜有一隻知更鳥在雨中歌唱，雨滴落在地上，敲出優美的節拍，悽涼環境中的歌聲，更覺曼妙無量。因此我想，即使苦難到了眼前，我何必停止歌唱？就在山的那邊，可能依舊陽光遍照，綠野連阡。若以愉快的心情去面對苦難，負擔就會變輕，假若歌手流淚，聲音的音韻一定更為美曼。斑翅鳥，聽了你愉快的歌調，我已接受了你給我的感召；當陰雲密佈，正是歌唱時候已到。　　　　　　　　　　─雷克斯福德

■ 英文荒漠甘泉（08月11日）

August 11 "Although the fig tree shall not blossom, neither shall fruit be in the vines; the labor of the olive shall fail, and the fields shall yield no meat; the flock shall be cut off from the fold, and there shall be no herd in the stalls: yet I will rejoice in the Lord. I will joy in the God of my salvation." (Hab. 3:17, 18.) 　ＯBSERVE, I entreat you, how calamitous a circumstance is here supposed, and how heroic a faith is expressed. It is really as if he said, "Though I should be reduced to so great extremity as not to know where to find my necessary food, though I should look around about me on an empty house and a desolate field, and see the marks of the Divine scourge where I had once seen the fruits of God's bounty, yet I will rejoice in the Lord." 　Methinks these words are worthy of being written as with a diamond on a rock forever. Oh, that by Divine grace they might be deeply engraven on each of our hearts! Concise as the form of speaking in the text is, it evidently implies or expresses the following particulars: That in the day of his distress he would fly to God; that he would maintain a holy composure of spirit under this dark dispensation, nay, that in the midst of all he would indulge in a sacred joy in God, and a cheerful expectation from Him. Heroic confidence! Illustrious faith! Unconquerable love! 　　　　　　　　　　─Doddridge. Last night I heard a robin singing in the rain. And the raindrop's patter made a sweet refrain, Making all the sweeter the music of the strain. So, I thought, when trouble comes, as trouble will, Why should I stop singing? Just beyond the hill It may be that sunshine floods the green world still. He who faces the trouble with a heart of cheer Makes the burden lighter. If there falls a tear, Sweeter is the cadence in the song we hear. I have learned your lesson, bird with dappled wing, Listening to your music with its lilt of spring- When the storm-cloud darkens, then's the TIME to sing. 　　　　　　　　　　─Eben E. Rexford.

■ 永活之泉（08月11日）

八月十一日　照您的旨意行「父啊！倘若可行，求您叫這杯離開我，然而不要照我的意思，只要照您的意思。」馬太福音廿六章39節基督死在十字架上表現了最高的聖潔，使我們瞭解祂在天上的榮耀，因此聖靈可以在我們裏面運行，使我們與基督的十字架相交，我們需要深深地進入這真理；因為除非父神的愛子親自嚐了死味，否則無法回到天堂的榮耀裏去。這個至大的真理使我們明白我們的生命，除非我們每天全然順服，向罪和世界死，並與為我們釘死的主有所交通，否則我們無法分享祂的生命。同時，我們可從基督學會與祂同受苦以致於死，在客西馬尼園，祂瞻望前面十字架的死亡，何等極大痛苦，也就是要在死亡的權勢之下，神掩面不看祂，並要忍耐那黑暗的來臨，所以祂要祈求父能免則免。但沒有回答，祂知道父神不許可這杯離開祂，所以就與一生所遵行「照著父神旨意」的話降服下來。哦！基督徒！這句話給與主耶穌受了極大的苦楚，使你能與祂交通，加強你對神的無所不能之堅信，使你能與基督在凡事上降服，因為你實在與祂同釘十字架。「照您的意思」，但願這門最高最深的話，能夠成為我們生命的準繩，靠著基督所加的力量，使你與祂同釘十字架；靠著聖靈的大能，使你每天順服賜福的神，而成為你生命的喜樂和力量。

八月十一日　這種經驗必然來到「不再見他了。」列王紀下二章12節有神賜給你們的以利亞在，你們倚靠他，那是應當的，但是要記得時候必到，他要離開你們；不再充當你們的指導和首領，因為神不以他應當如此。你們說──「我沒有以利亞是不行的」。神說你們必得如此。單獨在你們的約但河（王下二14）。約但是隔離的象徵，在那裡你要單獨的擔當你的責任，也沒有人能替你們負責。這個時候你們要將從以利亞所學的實行出來。從前你們總是與以利亞一同過約但河，現在你們須單獨的過去。不想或不能過去，是無用的；因為必要過去的時候到了。如果你們要知道神是否如你們所信的一樣，那麼，你們就得單獨走過你們的約但河。單獨在你們的耶利哥（王上二15）。耶利哥是你們曾見以利亞舉行大事的地方。當你們來到你們的耶利哥，停足不前，不靠神，反而希望別人來替你們奪取。如果你們依舊持守從以利亞所學的，你們就必得著神與你們同在的憑證。單獨在你們的伯特利（王下二23）。在你們的伯特利，你們就覺得自己才智有限，開始感覺神智慧的必要。當你們覺得你們的才智有限，而恐慌的時候，切不要恐慌，忠於神，祂會叫真理實現出來，叫你們的生命成為聖的祭物。把你們所學於以利亞的，實現出來，藉著他的外衣而祈求。決意倚靠神，不再仰望以利亞。

八月十一日「凡你所看見的一切地，我都要賜給你……」創世記十三章15節一切神以恩典為我們預備的，都來自祂所賜的異象。祂賜給候鳥直覺，使牠們能橫越大陸尋找到南方溫暖的陽光，因祂的仁慈絕不讓這些鳥兒失望。候鳥飛抵南方時，神會以溫和的暖風，似春天般的陽光迎接牠們。那給予亞伯拉罕應許之地異象的神，以絕對的誠實和愛心說：「凡你所看見的一切地，我都要賜給你。」祂如果把屬天的盼望賜給我們，就不會在我們追求這些應許時欺騙我們，或是叫我們失望。耶穌曾對門徒說：「……若是沒有，我就早已告訴你們了……。」(約十四2)這樣體諒的神，是絕不可能不講信用的。祂永遠不會說謊、更不會撇下我們。凡聖靈向我們顯現的，全部都會實現，使我們得著祂的應許。主啊！求您先賜給我們異象，然後使我們得勝；求您讓我們先看到您的豐富產業，並在基督耶穌裡賜給我們這一切。
