馬可福音, 1章

^1:1 神的兒子，耶穌基督福音的起頭。 The beginning of the gospel about Jesus Christ, the Son of God. (\f1 1:1 Some manuscripts do not have|i the Son of God|d.)
^1:2 正如先知以賽亞〔有古卷沒有以賽亞三個字〕書上記著說：看哪，我要差遣我的使者在你前面，預備道路。 It is written in Isaiah the prophet:<<I will send my messenger ahead of you, who will prepare your way>> \f2 1:2 Mal. 3:1)--
^1:3 在曠野有人聲喊著說：預備主的道，修直他的路。 <<a voice of one calling in the desert, <Prepare the way for the Lord, make straight paths for him.> >> \f3 1:3 Isaiah 40:3)
^1:4 照這話，約翰來了，在曠野施洗，傳悔改的洗禮，使罪得赦。 And so John came, baptizing in the desert region and preaching a baptism of repentance for the forgiveness of sins.
^1:5 猶太全地和耶路撒冷的人都出去到約翰那裏，承認他們的罪，在約旦河裏受他的洗。 The whole Judean countryside and all the people of Jerusalem went out to him. Confessing their sins, they were baptized by him in the Jordan River.
^1:6 約翰穿駱駝毛的衣服，腰束皮帶，吃的是蝗蟲、野蜜。 John wore clothing made of camel's hair, with a leather belt around his waist, and he ate locusts and wild honey.
^1:7 他傳道說：「有一位在我以後來的，能力比我更大，我就是彎腰給他解鞋帶也是不配的。 And this was his message: <<After me will come one more powerful than I, the thongs of whose sandals I am not worthy to stoop down and untie.
^1:8 我是用水給你們施洗，他卻要用聖靈給你們施洗。」 I baptize you with (\f4 1:8 Or|i in|d)water, but he will baptize you with the Holy Spirit.>>
^1:9 那時，耶穌從加利利的拿撒勒來，在約旦河裏受了約翰的洗。 At that time Jesus came from Nazareth in Galilee and was baptized by John in the Jordan.
^1:10 他從水裏一上來，就看見天裂開了，聖靈彷彿鴿子，降在他身上。 As Jesus was coming up out of the water, he saw heaven being torn open and the Spirit descending on him like a dove.
^1:11 又有聲音從天上來，說：「你是我的愛子，我喜悅你。」 And a voice came from heaven: <<You are my Son, whom I love; with you I am well pleased.>>
^1:12 聖靈就把耶穌催到曠野裏去。 At once the Spirit sent him out into the desert,
^1:13 他在曠野四十天，受撒但的試探，並與野獸同在一處，且有天使來伺候他。 and he was in the desert forty days, being tempted by Satan. He was with the wild animals, and angels attended him.
^1:14 約翰下監以後，耶穌來到加利利，宣傳　神的福音， After John was put in prison, Jesus went into Galilee, proclaiming the good news of God.
^1:15 說：「日期滿了，　神的國近了。你們當悔改，信福音！」 <<The time has come,>> he said. <<The kingdom of God is near. Repent and believe the good news!>>
^1:16 耶穌順著加利利的海邊走，看見西門和西門的兄弟安得烈在海邊撒網；他們本是打魚的。 As Jesus walked beside the Sea of Galilee, he saw Simon and his brother Andrew casting a net into the lake, for they were fishermen.
^1:17 耶穌對他們說：「來跟從我，我要叫你們得人如得魚一樣。」 <<Come, follow me,>> Jesus said, <<and I will make you fishers of men.>>
^1:18 他們就立刻捨了網，跟從了他。 At once they left their nets and followed him.
^1:19 耶穌稍往前走，又見西庇太的兒子雅各和雅各的兄弟約翰在船上補網。 When he had gone a little farther, he saw James son of Zebedee and his brother John in a boat, preparing their nets.
^1:20 耶穌隨即招呼他們，他們就把父親西庇太和雇工人留在船上，跟從耶穌去了。 Without delay he called them, and they left their father Zebedee in the boat with the hired men and followed him.
^1:21 到了迦百農，耶穌就在安息日進了會堂教訓人。 They went to Capernaum, and when the Sabbath came, Jesus went into the synagogue and began to teach.
^1:22 眾人很希奇他的教訓；因為他教訓他們，正像有權柄的人，不像文士。 The people were amazed at his teaching, because he taught them as one who had authority, not as the teachers of the law.
^1:23 在會堂裏，有一個人被污鬼附著。他喊叫說： Just then a man in their synagogue who was possessed by an evil (\f5 1:23 Greek|i unclean|d; also in verses 26 and 27)spirit cried out,
^1:24 「拿撒勒人耶穌，我們與你有甚麼相干？你來滅我們嗎？我知道你是誰，乃是　神的聖者。」 <<What do you want with us, Jesus of Nazareth? Have you come to destroy us? I know who you are--the Holy One of God!>>
^1:25 耶穌責備他說：「不要作聲！從這人身上出來吧。」 <<Be quiet!>> said Jesus sternly. <<Come out of him!>>
^1:26 污鬼叫那人抽了一陣瘋，大聲喊叫，就出來了。 The evil spirit shook the man violently and came out of him with a shriek.
^1:27 眾人都驚訝，以致彼此對問說：「這是甚麼事？是個新道理啊！他用權柄吩咐污鬼，連污鬼也聽從了他。」 The people were all so amazed that they asked each other, <<What is this? A new teaching--and with authority! He even gives orders to evil spirits and they obey him.>>
^1:28 耶穌的名聲就傳遍了加利利的四方。 News about him spread quickly over the whole region of Galilee.
^1:29 他們一出會堂，就同著雅各、約翰，進了西門和安得烈的家。 As soon as they left the synagogue, they went with James and John to the home of Simon and Andrew.
^1:30 西門的岳母正害熱病躺著，就有人告訴耶穌。 Simon's mother-in-law was in bed with a fever, and they told Jesus about her.
^1:31 耶穌進前拉著她的手，扶她起來，熱就退了，她就服事他們。 So he went to her, took her hand and helped her up. The fever left her and she began to wait on them.
^1:32 天晚日落的時候，有人帶著一切害病的，和被鬼附的，來到耶穌跟前。 That evening after sunset the people brought to Jesus all the sick and demon-possessed.
^1:33 合城的人都聚集在門前。 The whole town gathered at the door,
^1:34 耶穌治好了許多害各樣病的人，又趕出許多鬼，不許鬼說話，因為鬼認識他。 and Jesus healed many who had various diseases. He also drove out many demons, but he would not let the demons speak because they knew who he was.
^1:35 次日早晨，天未亮的時候，耶穌起來，到曠野地方去，在那裏禱告。 Very early in the morning, while it was still dark, Jesus got up, left the house and went off to a solitary place, where he prayed.
^1:36 西門和同伴追了他去， Simon and his companions went to look for him,
^1:37 遇見了就對他說：「眾人都找你。」 and when they found him, they exclaimed: <<Everyone is looking for you!>>
^1:38 耶穌對他們說：「我們可以往別處去，到鄰近的鄉村，我也好在那裏傳道，因為我是為這事出來的。」 Jesus replied, <<Let us go somewhere else--to the nearby villages--so I can preach there also. That is why I have come.>>
^1:39 於是在加利利全地，進了會堂，傳道，趕鬼。 So he traveled throughout Galilee, preaching in their synagogues and driving out demons.
^1:40 有一個長大痲瘋的來求耶穌，向他跪下，說：「你若肯，必能叫我潔淨了。」 A man with leprosy (\f6 1:40 The Greek word was used for various diseases affecting the skin--not necessarily leprosy.)came to him and begged him on his knees, <<If you are willing, you can make me clean.>>
^1:41 耶穌動了慈心，就伸手摸他，說：「我肯，你潔淨了吧！」 Filled with compassion, Jesus reached out his hand and touched the man. <<I am willing,>> he said. <<Be clean!>>
^1:42 大痲瘋即時離開他，他就潔淨了。 Immediately the leprosy left him and he was cured.
^1:43 耶穌嚴嚴的囑咐他，就打發他走， Jesus sent him away at once with a strong warning:
^1:44 對他說：「你要謹慎，甚麼話都不可告訴人，只要去把身體給祭司察看，又因為你潔淨了，獻上摩西所吩咐的禮物，對眾人作證據。」 <<See that you don't tell this to anyone. But go, show yourself to the priest and offer the sacrifices that Moses commanded for your cleansing, as a testimony to them.>>
^1:45 那人出去，倒說了許多的話，把這件事傳揚開了，叫耶穌以後不得再明明的進城，只好在外邊曠野地方。人從各處都就了他來。 Instead he went out and began to talk freely, spreading the news. As a result, Jesus could no longer enter a town openly but stayed outside in lonely places. Yet the people still came to him from everywhere.

荒漠甘泉五合一

■ 中文荒漠甘泉（05月29日）

五月廿九日「我乃稱你們為朋友。」約翰福音十五章15節數年前某大學有一位年老的德文教授，他的生活是為全校學生所欽佩的。他們中間幾個好奇的學生，很想探聽他所以有這樣生活的祕訣；所以其中有一個學生隱匿在教授的書室中，看他每天晚上在那裡幹些甚麼。教授走進書室，時間已很遲了。看他的樣子似乎很累，但是他坐下來，打開聖經，頂虔誠的讀了一個鐘頭。然後低頭默禱；最後，把聖經關起來，說：「主耶穌，我們又是一次歡聚！」與主歡聚是屬靈生活中的最高點；每一個基督人，該不惜任何代價，尋求與主「又是一次歡聚」。禱告和讀經能使我們覺得基督的實在，越在密室中追求主的同在的，越覺得主的實在。祂正聽著，用你的心聲與祂接觸，靈靈相交，密如心腹，呼吸相通，親同手足。　　　　　　　　　　─貝伯考克

■ 英文荒漠甘泉（05月29日）

May 29 "I have called you friends." (John 15:15.) 　ＹEARS ago there was an old German professor whose beautiful life was a marvel to his students. Some of them resolved to know the secret of it; so one of their number hid in the study where the old professor spent his evenings. 　It was late when the teacher came in. He was very tired, but he sat down and spent an hour with his Bible. Then he bowed his head in secret prayer; and finally closing the Book of books, he said, 　"Well, Lord Jesus, we're on the same old terms." 　To know Him is life's highest attainment; and at all costs, every Christian should strive to be "on the same old terms with Him." 　The reality of Jesus comes as a result of secret prayer, and a personal study of the bible that is devotional and sympathetic. Christ becomes more real to the one who persists in the cultivation of His presence. Speak thou to Him for He hearth, 　And spirit with spirit will meet! Nearer is He than breathing, 　Nearer than hands and feet. 　　　　　　　　　　─Maltbie D. Babcock.

■ 永活之泉（05月29日）

五月廿九日　從天上差來的聖靈「靠著從天上差來的聖靈，傳福音給你們。」彼得前書一章12節基督已經教導過我們，天父預備賜福給地上屬祂的兒女，主親自引用天上的榮耀說，我們要與祂在天上同坐，聖靈要帶著所有的亮光、慈愛、喜樂和能力，從天上澆灌在我們的心中。那些被充滿的人，就有屬天的生命，他們的言行都合於天上的樣式，他們每天與父神並祂兒子交通，他們思想上面的事，那兒有基督藏在父神裏面，他們有屬天的心志，他們有屬天永生命運的印記。一個人的屬天性情是培養成的，藉著從天賜下聖靈在我們心中做屬天的工作，使我們如樂園長成聖靈的果子，聖靈要復興我們的靈，每天與天上的神相交，並教導我們有屬天的樣式，聖靈也讓基督屬天的榮耀在我們心中成形，也要我們藏在祂裏面。一個基督徒每天應該從父神接受聖靈的引導，讓祂使你勝過世界，加力量給你，使你成為天國的孩子，每天與父神並主耶穌同行；千萬不可疑惑，如果你信靠降服於聖靈。讓祂管理你，祂自然會成就祂的工作，你可以將這種屬天的喜樂與別人分享，幫助他們接受聖靈引導，在屬天的喜樂和基督的愛裏行事。

■ 中文屬天日子（05月29日）

五月廿九日　不能擾亂的關係「到那日，你們要奉我的名祈求……」「父自己愛你們。」約翰福音十六章26、27節「到那日，你們要奉我的名祈求」，那就合於我的心意。你不要把我的名奉為一種法術語，卻要與我親密起來，好叫你與我合而為一。「那日」，不是以後的一日，卻是此世現在的一日。「父自己愛你們」──是表示完全絕對的聯絡，我們的主並不是說生活沒有外面的困難，卻是說祂怎樣知道父的心靈，因此祂得以藉著聖靈的洗，把我們超拔到天上去，在那裡，把神的旨意啟示我們。「你們奉我的名，無論向父求甚麼……」。到那日，是神和聖徒之間的關係不攪亂的日子。耶穌怎樣在祂父面前沒有玷污，所以我們也能藉著聖靈洗禮的大能，得以被拔到這種關係中──「好叫他們合而為一，像我們合而為一」。「祂必賜給你們」。耶穌說神將聽我們的祈禱。這是怎樣的一種挑戰啊！藉著耶穌復活和升天的能力，藉著差來的聖靈，我們得以升到與父有如此的關係中；即使我們用我們的自由擇選，也能與神的旨意合而為一，如耶穌基督一樣。耶穌把我們安放在這種奇妙的地位上，我們能奉祂的名就是祂的本性，向我們祈求，這是聖靈所給我們的恩賜，而耶穌也說──「你們無論奉我的名向父求甚麼，祂必賜給你們」。耶穌基督的品性，是可以由祂自己的言語去認識的。

五月廿九日「……身子……乃是為主，主也是為身子」哥林多前書六章13節正如基督使我們稱義、成為聖潔，我們若要得著健康的身體、罪得拯救，惟有靠祂，並親自與祂合而為一。得著基督不是僅靠著祂所賜給我們身體的力量，亦不是只從自然的力量和生命中，得到身體所需的一切。相反的，乃是藉著連合我們這必死的身體和主耶穌基督復活的身體而得著。惟有靠著祂的生命進到我們的生命中，祂自己才能成為我們的力量、健康，以及整個身體的贖價。祂雖然是永活的神，卻降格地住在我們這泥土做成的肉身中。因此，只要接受祂的人，就能比那些拒絕祂的人更認識基督。祂住在我們裡面，可說是福音最最珍貴的奧秘。哥林多前書六章13—20節說：「……身子……乃是為主，主也是為身子……豈不知你們的身子就是聖靈的殿麼……你們不是自己的人，因為你們是重價買來的，所以，你們要在你們的身子上榮耀神。」
