1:1 起初,神創造天地。 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.

And God saw that it was good. 1:13 有晚上,有早晨,是第三日。 And there was evening, and there was morning--the third day. 1:14 神說:天上要有光體,可以分晝夜,作記號,定節令、日子、年歲, And God said, <<Let there be lights in the expanse of the sky to separate the day from the night, and let them serve as signs to mark seasons and days and years, 1:15 並要發光在天空,普照在地上。事就這樣成了。 and let them be lights in the expanse of the sky to give light on the earth.>> And it was so. 1:16 於是神造了兩個大光,大的管晝,小的管夜,又造眾星, God made two great lights--the greater light to govern the day and the lesser light to govern the night. And God saw that it was good. 1:19 有晚上,有早晨,是第四日。 And there was evening, and there was morning--the fourth day. 1:20 神說:水要多多滋生有生命的物;要有雀鳥飛在地面以上,天空之中。 And God said, <<Let the water teem with living creatures, and let birds fly above the earth across the expanse of the sky.>> 1:21 神就造出大魚和水中所滋生各樣有生命的動物,各從其類;又造出各樣飛鳥,各從其類。神看著是好的。 So God created the great creatures of the sea and every living and moving thing with which the water teems, according to their kinds, and every winged bird according to its kind. 十一月廿五日 「取幾枝箭來……打地罷。他打了三次,便止住了。神人向他發怒,說,應當擊打五六次。」 列王紀下十三章18—19節 這幾句話的信息多麼警惕!約阿施自己為打了二次、三次,已經很有信心了。但是神和神人都大失所望。因為他半途而廢。 約阿施曾得到一些東西,並且得的不少─—他所得的,和他所信的,適正相符;但是他沒有得到神所要給他的一切。他失去了許多應許和祝福。他得了一些比別人好的東西,可是他沒有得到神的最好。 親愛的,這是多麼嚴重的一件事!我們應當學習禱告得透切!我們希望完全得到神所應許的,以及禱告所可能得到的一切事物嗎? ─宣信 「充充足足的成就一切超過我們所求所想的。」(弗三20) 讓我們看保羅所用的字句「充充足足」,「一切」,「超過」……啊!每一個字裏面包含著神無限的愛和能力!按照著神在我們身上發生作用的能力,它是沒有限量的。我們若讓神發生多少作用,神就能發生多少作用,那援助我們,那以神自己的血,洗滌我們的一切罪過,用聖靈來充實我們的力量,使我們渡過種種的誘探,幫助我們應付一切危難,一切事變,一切環境與一切逆境。 ─宣道會報
■ 英文荒漠甘泉(11月25日)
November 25 "Take the arrows....Smite upon the ground. And he smote thrice and stayed. And the man of God was wroth with him, and said, Thou shouldest have smitten five or six times." (2 Kings 13:18,19.) How striking and eloquent the message of these words! Jehoash thought he had done very well when he duplicated and triplicatd what to him was certainly an extraordinary act of faith. But the Lord and the Prophet were bitterly disappointed because he had stopped half way. He got something. He got much. He got exactly what he believed for in the final test, but he did not get all that the prophet meant and the Lord wanted to bestow. He missed much of the meaning of the promise and the fullness of the blessing. He got something better than the human, but he did not get God's best. Beloved, how solemn is the application! How heartsearching the message of God us! How important that we should learn to pray through! Shall we claim all the fullness of the promise and all the possibilities of believing prayer? -A. B. Simpson. "Unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think." (Eph. 3:20) There is no other such piling up of words in Paul's writings as these, "exceeding abundantly above all," and each word is packed with infinite love and power to "do" for His praying saints. There is one limitation, "according to the power that worketh in us." He will do just as much for us as we let Him do in us. The power that saved us, washed us with His own blood, filled us with might by His Spirit, kept us in manifold temptations, will work for us, meeting every emergency, every crisis, every circumstance, and every adversary. -The Alliance.
■ 永活之泉(11月25日)
十一月廿五日 保羅禱告的要求 「也為我祈求,使我得著口才,能以放膽開口講明福音的奧秘,並使我照著當盡的本分放膽講論。」以弗所書六章19、20節 「也為我」——這幾個字在顯示保羅的信心深深地建立在禱告的絕對需要和奇妙能力之上。注意,他要求他們應該祈求,「使我得著口才,能放膽開口講明福音的奧秘,並使我照著當盡的本分放膽講論。」保羅到此時已作了廿多年的福音執事,照說他有了講台的經驗和口才,也能自然講論當說的話;但他深知自己的不夠和軟弱,必須絕對依靠神聖的教訓和能力。除有神的幫助外,他是無法做成當盡的本分,這種依靠神同在不變的光景,使他知道如何講論,也是他整個信心和生命的特徵。 然而還有更多的,在這整整廿多年的時間,他在沒有群眾的環境裏,必須單獨進到神面前,沒有人在禱告上幫助他。然而當他開始對基督身體合一禱告有了屬靈的洞察之後,他自己就實際依靠別人的代禱,他要求他們要靠著聖靈隨時多方禱告、祈求,並要在此儆醒不倦之外,也要他們勿忘為他代禱;因保羅若無眾信徒的代禱,就無法做什麼。 這對於廿紀的今天也是何等的呼召,提醒我們對我們在天上代禱的基督有所自覺;假若所有在地上的聖徒應邀參加一場至大的比賽,我們便有責任培養為所有作主的僕人有聖靈能力不住的代禱,使他們照著應儘的本份放膽講論。

十一月廿五日 靈性膠合的祕訣 「但我斷不以別的誇口。」加拉太書六章14節 當某人一旦重生了,他便變成無黏性的,表示一種無可無不可的情感,與外界無關係的狀態。但保羅有一種堅強的黏性在他底下,受它的操縱,因此他能叫外面的生活隨意改變,絲毫不感覺痛苦。我們之中多數人沒有靈性的黏性,多為外面的事物所黏。保羅生活的根基建築在最下的一層,而我們則建築在最表面的一層,兩者彼此不相接觸。保羅的一貫與調和是在基本方面。他融貫的基礎是神救贖人世的痛苦,那就是耶穌基督的十字架。 把你所信的重新審察一下,把能棄掉的棄掉,回到基督十字架的基石上。在歷史上,十字架是渺小的東西,從聖經的觀點看,比一切的帝國都大。如果在我們宣傳的教導上脫去了神在十字架上的慘劇,則一切都失去了,不能將神的精力帶給人,也許有趣味,但沒有能力。但是宣傳十字架,神的精力就散開了。「神就樂意用人所當作愚拙的道理,拯救那些信的人。」「我們卻是傳釘十字架的基督。」(林前一21─23)

十一月廿五日 「所以,時候未到,甚麼都不要論斷,只等主來……」哥林多前書四章5節 一個論斷的靈比起任何的心態,更能阻止聖靈的工作。在一次聚會結束後,一位年輕的傳道人走到我面前,對我說起那天下午他所得到的祝福有多大,聖靈又如何地進入他的心,以及他整個人。他補充說:「當你問:『論斷的靈會阻止聖靈的充滿麼?』我從你的答案中,得到了答覆。」 我追問他一些詳情,他說:「我常坐在教堂裡批評教會的活動,反對這件事、反對那件事,在讚美和見證中找別人的語病,無怪乎我總是覺得不快樂。但神藉著你使我有了答案,並看見自己的罪。也從那一刻起,我放下一切,開始看好的而不再看邪惡的。也因此祝福臨到我,我的心充滿了喜樂和讚美。我真正知道我到底錯在哪裡,原來這麼多年來我都用我的頭腦,而不是我的心來瞭解真理。」
