1:1 奉 神旨意作基督耶穌使徒的保羅和兄弟提摩太，寫信給在哥林多 神的教會，並亞該亞遍處的眾聖徒。 Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus by the will of God, and Timothy our brother,To the church of God in Corinth, together with all the saints throughout Achaia:
1:2 願恩惠、平安從 神我們的父和主耶穌基督歸與你們！ Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. 1:3 願頌讚歸與我們的主耶穌基督的父 神，就是發慈悲的父，賜各樣安慰的 神。 Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, 1:4 我們在一切患難中，他就安慰我們，叫我們能用 神所賜的安慰去安慰那遭各樣患難的人。 who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves have received from God. 1:5 我們既多受基督的苦楚，就靠基督多得安慰。 For just as the sufferings of Christ flow over into our lives, so also through Christ our comfort overflows. 1:6 我們受患難呢，是為叫你們得安慰，得拯救；我們得安慰呢，也是為叫你們得安慰；這安慰能叫你們忍受我們所受的那樣苦楚。 If we are distressed, it is for your comfort and salvation; if we are comforted, it is for your comfort, which produces in you patient endurance of the same sufferings we suffer. 1:7 我們為你們所存的盼望是確定的，因為知道你們既是同受苦楚，也必同得安慰。 And our hope for you is firm, because we know that just as you share in our sufferings, so also you share in our comfort. 1:8 弟兄們，我們不要你們不曉得，我們從前在亞細亞遭遇苦難，被壓太重，力不能勝，甚至連活命的指望都絕了； We do not want you to be uninformed, brothers, about the hardships we suffered in the province of Asia. We were under great pressure, far beyond our ability to endure, so that we despaired even of life. 1:9 自己心裏也斷定是必死的，叫我們不靠自己，只靠叫死人復活的 神。 Indeed, in our hearts we felt the sentence of death. But this happened that we might not rely on ourselves but on God, who raises the dead. 1:10 他曾救我們脫離那極大的死亡，現在仍要救我們，並且我們指望他將來還要救我們。 0 He has delivered us from such a deadly peril, and he will deliver us. On him we have set our hope that he will continue to deliver us, 1:11 你們以祈禱幫助我們，好叫許多人為我們謝恩，就是為我們因許多人所得的恩。 as you help us by your prayers. Then many will give thanks on our(\f1 1:11 Many manuscripts|i your|d) behalf for the gracious favor granted us in answer to the prayers of many. 1:12 我們所誇的是自己的良心，見證我們憑著 神的聖潔和誠實；在世為人不靠人的聰明，乃靠 神的恩惠，向你們更是這樣。 Now this is our boast: Our conscience testifies that we have conducted ourselves in the world, and especially in our relations with you, in the holiness and sincerity that are from God. We have done so not according to worldly wisdom but according to God's grace. 1:13 我們現在寫給你們的話，並不外乎你們所念的，所認識的，我也盼望你們到底還是要認識； For we do not write you anything you cannot read or understand. And I hope that, 1:14 正如你們已經有幾分認識我們，以我們誇口，好像我們在我們主耶穌的日子以你們誇口一樣。 as you have understood us in part, you will come to understand fully that you can boast of us just as we will boast of you in the day of the Lord Jesus. 1:15 我既然這樣深信，就早有意到你們那裏去，叫你們再得益處； Because I was confident of this, I planned to visit you first so that you might benefit twice. 1:16 也要從你們那裏經過，往馬其頓去，再從馬其頓回到你們那裏，叫你們給我送行往猶太去。 I planned to visit you on my way to Macedonia and to come back to you from Macedonia, and then to have you send me on my way to Judea. 1:17 我有此意，豈是反覆不定嗎？我所起的意，豈是從情慾起的，叫我忽是忽非嗎？ When I planned this, did I do it lightly? Or do I make my plans in a worldly manner so that in the same breath I say, <<Yes, yes>> and <<No, no>>? 1:18 我指著信實的 神說，我們向你們所傳的道，並沒有是而又非的。 But as surely as God is faithful, our message to you is not <<Yes>> and <<No.>> 1:19 因為我和西拉並提摩太，在你們中間所傳 神的兒子耶穌基督，總沒有是而又非的，在他只有一是。 For the Son of God, Jesus Christ, who was preached among you by me and Silas(\f2 1:19 Greek|i Silvanus|d, a variant of|i Silas|d0 and Timothy, was not <<Yes>> and <<No,>> but in him it has always been <<Yes.>> 1:20 神的應許，不論有多少，在基督都是是的。所以藉著他也都是實在〔實在：原文是阿們〕的，叫 神因我們得榮耀。 For no matter how many promises God has made, they are <<Yes>> in Christ. And so through him the <<Amen>> is spoken by us to the glory of God. 1:21 那在基督裏堅固我們和你們，並且膏我們的就是 神。 Now it is God who makes both us and you stand firm in Christ. He anointed us, 1:22 他又用印印了我們，並賜聖靈在我們心裏作憑據〔原文是質〕。 set his seal of ownership on us, and put his Spirit in our hearts as a deposit, guaranteeing what is to come. 1:23 我呼籲 神給我的心作見證，我沒有往哥林多去是為要寬容你們。 I call God as my witness that it was in order to spare you that I did not return to Corinth. 1:24 我們並不是轄管你們的信心，乃是幫助你們的快樂，因為你們憑信才站立得住。 Not that we lord it over your faith, but we work with you for your joy, because it is by faith you stand firm. 三月二日 「明日早晨，你要預備好了，上……山，在山頂上站在我面前，誰也不可和你一同上去。」出埃及記卅四章2—3節 在基督人的生命中，晨更是非常重要的。每天早晨我們必須先見神的面，然後再見人和世界。 如果一天的開始是憑我們自己的力量，我們就不能盼望得勝。在每天開始工作之前，必須在讀經中，禱告中，或靜默中，先和神有交通。切勿先見別人，甚至自己的家人，直等到我們先接見了我們生命中至大至尊的貴客耶穌基督。 單獨去見祂。天天按時去見祂。帶著聖經去見祂；把我們一天中要作的事都帶到祂面前去，我們就會得到意想不到的力量和指示。 一天開始， 先與神見面， 祂是你的光明， 你的太陽！ 祂是破除黑暗的曙光； 獻上你的祈禱， 讓祂度量。 清晨起來唱一首新歌； 與山林一同喜悅相和唱， 與清新空氣， 海洋和原野， 與那明媚的花朵一同歌唱。 將你第一首歌獻給王， 不是唱給凡人去聽聞， 不是唱給任何被造物， 只是唱給獨一榮耀之真神。 先和神去作一次同行， 好讓神在你前面引導， 在河邊， 在海灘， 在山徑， 全由神來作你的護行。 在天上的父， 作你今天第一位主顧； 你的事業必然興旺， 整天都在神的慈愛中。 ─龐納 許多為神作大事業的信徒，都是一早就跪在神面前的。 亨利馬太（Henry Matthew）每天早晨四點鐘就在他的書房裏讀經、禱告了；到八點鐘出來用早餐。早餐後，舉行家庭晨禱；完畢後，又到密室中去和神親近，直到午時午餐後，他又回到書房裏去讀屬靈的書籍，或寫作，直到四點鐘；其餘的時間，去探望朋友。 ─選

March 2 "Be ready in the morning, and come up...present thyself there to me in the top of the mount. And no man shall come up with thee." (Exod. 34:2, 3.) ＴHE morning watch is essential. You must not face the day until you have faced God, nor look into the face of others until you have looked into His. You cannot expect to be victorious, if the day begins only in your own strength. Face the work of every day with the influence of a few thoughtful, quiet moments with your heart and God. Do not meet other people, even those of your own home, until you have first met the great Guest and honored Companion of your life─Jesus Christ. Meet Him alone. Meet Him regularly. Meet Him with His open Book of counsel before you; and face the regular and the irregular duties of each day with the influence of His personality definitely controlling your every act. Begin the day with God! He is thy Sun and Day! His is the radiance of thy dawn; To Him address thy lay. Sing a new song at morn! Join the glad woods and hills; Join the fresh winds and seas and plains, Join the bright flowers and rills. Sing thy first song to God! Not to thy fellow men; Not to the creatures of His hand, But to the glorious One. Take thy first walk with God! Let Him go forth with thee; By stream, or sea, or mountain path, Seek still His company. The men who have done the most for God in this world have been early upon their knees. Matthew Henry used to be in his study at four, and remain there till eight; then, after breakfast and family prayer, he used to be there again till noon; after dinner, he resumed his book or pen till four, and spent the rest of the day in visiting his friends.

三月二日 眼睛的開啟 「以利沙禱告說：耶和華啊！求您開這少年人的眼目，使他能看見。——以利沙說：耶和華啊！求您開這些人的眼目，使他們能看見。」列王紀下六章17、20節 何等奇妙！神垂聽了以利沙為他僕人的禱告，使這個少年人看見了滿山的火車火馬圍繞以利沙。神差遣天軍保護祂的僕人。以利沙再次禱告神。敘利亞的軍隊被神擊打而眼目昏迷，他們被領進撒瑪利亞。進了城後以利沙再禱告神開他們的眼睛。不料，他們發現自己竟是無助的囚奴落在他們敵人的手中。 我們盼望在屬靈境界中如此禱告。首先，求神開我們的眼睛，使我們看見神為著祂的教會奇妙的預備，祂用聖靈與火為我們施洗。一切屬天境界的能力，都由我們自由運用於天國的服事方面。神兒女對於這個屬天的異象，信心是何等小——聖靈的能力在神兒女身上與他們同在，且在他們裡面，為著他們的屬靈生活，作為他們的能力，得以歡樂地見證他們的主和祂的工作。 我們也需要以利沙的第二個禱告，求神開祂兒女們的眼睛，就是那些至今還不認識世界與罪的權勢在他們身上有地位的人。他們至今尚不覺察軟弱成了教會的特徵，並使教會沒有能力為基督搶救靈魂，不能建立聖徒，使他們過著聖潔結果子的生活。讓我們特別求神開所有人的眼睛，使我們看見教會最大、最基本的需要是甚麼，藉著代禱帶下祂的祝福，使人一直都知道聖靈的能力是帶著神聖的功效與祝福。 禱告： 我們在天上的父，您是極其樂意將聖靈的能力賞賜給我們，求您垂聽我們卑微的禱告。求您開我們的眼睛，使我們真看見的教會及您子民的光景是何其低落；也讓我們看見您所樂意要賜的恩典及能力是何等寶貴。您樂意垂聽教會在您面前同心合意的迫切禱告，而將這一切賜下。阿們。

三月二日 你覺得主的刺激麼？ 「耶穌第三次對他說，你愛我麼？」約翰福音廿一章17節 你覺得主的刺激到了你真情所在的部位麼？惡魔未曾刺到那裡，罪孽和人類的情愛也都沒有刺到那裡，除了神的道沒有任何事物刺到那地方。「彼得因為耶穌第三次對他說，就憂愁……」他醒悟過來，用他最深的心靈歸於耶穌，於是他開始明白這一問再問的意義。在彼得心裡，沒有迷惑的線索存在，此後，他再也不會被迷惑了。他不興奮，不動情，因為這種問語是彼得愛主的程度的一種顯示。所以他帶著驚奇的說：「主啊，您是無所不知的。」彼得開始明白他是怎樣的愛耶穌，但他並未說：「這可以證實，那可以證實。」彼得開始發覺自己是怎樣的愛主，除了耶穌基督以外，無論天上地下沒有可以比擬的；但是主的探刺的問語不來到，他是不能知道他愛主的深淺的。主的問語是能叫我發覺我自己的。 耶穌基督對付彼得的是何等耐心與機敏啊！不到時機成熟，我們的主是不問甚麼問語的。恐怕祂也有一次用不變的問話來刺激我們，叫我們認知我們愛祂的心，是言語所難形容的。

三月二日 「從前所交託你的善道，你要靠著那住在我們裡面的聖靈，牢牢地守著。」提摩太后書一章14節 神給我們的能力，使我們藉著能力持守我們的心，戰勝世界、成為聖潔。祂不僅交託我們善道，並且賜聖靈住在我們裡面。當我們心中有任何邪念或是壞點子時，我們的心可以很快地請聖靈將邪念驅逐出去。而聖靈就會按著我們信心的禱告使邪念離開，並且照我們所願地保守我們成為聖潔。 但是如果我們意志薄弱，與邪惡苟同，那麼聖靈就不會驅逐我們心中的惡念。然而，我們的神要求我們堅守聖潔，只要我們牢牢的守著善道，祂就會大大、豐富地祝福我們。祂也會成為我們靈裡的儆醒，指引我們避開邪惡，給我們能力察覺邪惡的存在，帶到神面前，讓祂趕走、毀壞邪念。 聖靈啊！求您充滿我們，直到我們心中只有您， 願您如火一般來到我們心中，察驗我們。 願您如水一般來到我們生命裡，洗盡我們的罪。 使我們因行您聖潔的旨意而終老一生， 直到我們完全地充滿神的豐富。
